c) marketing purposes to the extent permitted by law, including sending the Newsletter.

4. The processing of personal data for purposes other than those specified in point 3 above will be possible after obtaining a separate consent referred to in Art. 23 sec. 1 point 1 PDA.

5. The administrator processes the following personal data necessary for the provision of electronic services and for the conclusion and performance of the contract:

a) name and surname;

b) address of residence;

c) correspondence address, if different from the address referred to in point b);

d) electronic address (e-mail); In addition, due to the nature of the service and applicable regulations, the Administrator processes the following data, necessary for the proper provision of electronic services and the conclusion and performance of the contract, telephone number;

e) tax identification number.

6. The administrator, in order to perform the contract and correctly perform the order, may provide personal data-to-data recipients within the meaning of art. 7 pts 6 PDA, in particular to the postal operator, courier company or payment operator. In the remaining scope, personal data may be disclosed in cases provided for by law or in the event of obtaining the consent referred to in art. 23 sec. 1 point 1 PDA.

Each person whose personal data processed by the Administrator has the right to access their data and the right to correct, supplement, update, rectify and request deletion of personal data concerning them. 8. Providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide personal data or its removal at the user's request may prevent the use of the services offered by the Administrator to the extent that the data is necessary for the proper performance of these services.

11. The Administrator is not responsible for the consequences of disclosing the User's personal data to third parties in the event that the User himself gave it to other Users.

The Administrator, only with the consent of the User, is authorized to send the User to the e-mail address or telephone number provided by him during registration, commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 2002 No. 144 item 1204 as amended). 1. Transfer your personal data to ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") in connection with:

a. the provision by the Bank to the ZooArt Store of the service of providing infrastructure for handling payments over the Internet (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

b. handling and settlement by the Bank of payments made by customers of the ZooArt Store via the Internet using payment instruments (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

c. in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the ZooArt Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers' interests in connection with their complaints (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

 

2. Transfer of your personal data to Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering payment for the purchased goods or service by Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. under the contract of mandate covering the "Buy with Twisto" purchasing formula and making this purchasing formula available by the ZooArt Store, as well as for verification by Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. proper performance of such contracts, mandate (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). 

In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in para. 1 and 2, your personal data may be made available by the e-petslife.com Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may be:

a) ING Bank Śląski S.A.

b) Twisto Polska sp.z o.o.

If you provide your personal data for the purpose of transferring your personal data to Twisto Polska sp.z o.o. before concluding a contract for the sale of goods (or services) purchased in the e-petslife.com Store, the provision of this data is a condition for concluding a sales contract in connection with the business model adopted by the e-petslife.com Store.
