Complaints and returns
The same rules apply to pet products as apply to the relevant product groups intended for human consumption.
You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery of your order.
If the animal was purchased a product that did not suit him in size, style, color or characteristics, you have the right to contact the online store Petslife within 14 (fourteen) days from the day after delivery of the order and demand on the legal rights of exchange of goods or return of the spent sum if there is no similar corresponding goods and there are no other alternatives for an exchange.
However, there are several requirements:
the product appearance and packaging were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
the product was not in use: no traces of use, scratches, chips, abrasions, etc .;
the goods ordered by you are subject to return and exchange;
the goods are folded in the same way as when received;
What goods will I not be able to return / exchange?
if abnormal modes or parameters of operation of equipment or its components (frequencies, voltages, etc.) were used;
defects are caused by the use of consumables that do not meet the requirements of operation;
damage caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids or insects entering the product;
the product has severe mechanical and / or electrical damage resulting from any actions of the buyer or third parties;
equipment is damaged due to natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, domestic factors and other situations beyond the control of the seller;
the products have been repaired by unauthorized persons in violation of the manufacturer's requirements and safety regulations;

If the return or replacement is due to poor quality or non-compliance of the order, the return or replacement is at the expense of Petslife.
If the return or exchange of goods is not the fault of Petslife - transport services will be payable.
